Have you guessed that I love cauliflower yet…?
Nearly as much as I love cauliflower, I adore Asian spices. Just the smell and the vibrant, earthy colours makes me smile – and they add so much healthy, delicious flavour to dishes.
One of my favourite things to make is a whole, roasted cauliflower. They’re so simple to create, take little preparation, and make (almost) zero washing-up, yet they’re so tasty. Ever so slightly crispy and bursting with flavour, roasting caulis is like magic…
Even if you don’t like cauliflowers, I’m guessing you’d love this recipe. Give it a whirl and see what you think! It makes the perfect side dish for homemade curries, or for just picking at and eating bit by delicious bit…
